I decided I wanted to practice my food styling skills. Here are some of the results. 

Silk Tie-dyed Eggs

Happy Easter Everyone!

These are by far some of the coolest Easter eggs I have made. You take a 100% Silk tie and cut the fabric up into a square large enough to cover an egg. Cover raw eggs with material. Boil the fabric covered eggs in water plus a 1/4 cup vinegar and viola! So Easy!

Creme Brulee

I decided I wanted to toy around with photographing food against white. Don't get me wrong, I love the atmosphere of editorial but there is something just beautiful about the simplicity of objects on white. Look forward to my future post about this project!

Nephew & Cupcakes

Happy St. Patrick's Day. My niece Hana's birthday is on St. Patrick's day and this year she requested a St. Patricks Day theme. My nephew Will just looked so funny in this picture I had to show it. My sister made rainbow cupcakes using Airhead Extreme Sour Belts for the rainbows. I think I ate more of the sour belts than the actual cupcake.

Nieces & Cupcakes

My niece asked for popcorn cupcakes for her birthday and her wish came true. Believe it or not but these popcorn cupcakes contains popcorn in the cake. They actually didn't taste too bad.
